Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- *HOUSE RULES*
- • All guests must be over the age of 25 unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
- • All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service we require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity prior to check-in.
- • Bookings made within 10 days of arrival will require additional documentation.
- • Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require your email address.
- • No smoking inside of the home.
- • Events allowed for up to 25 ppl (guest count includes those staying at the home). Event fee + extra cleaning fee required for all events.
- • Pets allowed with approval; pet fee required $150+ (no cats)
- • Please respect the home and clean up after yourself!
- • Quiet Hours – 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors!! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either
- side of this property.
