Nestled between the river and the fishing ponds, Claim Jumper Townhouse 9 offers some of the best views in Red River, NM.
The unit opens to a spacious living/dining area with a wood-burning fireplace (wood is provided) and flat-screen satellite Tv for your entertainment. Next to the dining table is a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen, and a half bath.
On the 2nd floor, there are two bedrooms with king-size beds and private bathrooms (tub/shower). The master bedroom also has a private balcony with a view of the ski mountain. On the 3rd floor is a loft that houses a queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds. Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Enjoy a newly installed on-demand hot water heater, so you always get a hot shower.
This unit is near the River, Ski Area & Kid`s Fishing Pond. The unit has been remodeled with new tile, granite countertops, new furniture, and new kitchen appliances. The High-Speed Wi-Fi makes this a great choice for those who work remotely! Will accept two pets, under 100 lbs., with a $125 non-refundable pet fee, due at the time of check in.
The property has Direct Tv. No Washer/Dryer. Square footage is 1310. Each Claim Jumper unit has 2 dedicated parking spots. All other vehicles will need to park off the property. There is No trailer parking allowed at the Claim Jumpers. All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay.
**Please note that during the fall of 2024 and spring of 2025 the town of Red River will be replacing waterlines. Their normal working hours are from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control.
