Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 📋No smoking inside the imóvel;
- 📋Check-In hours from 2:00 p.m. and Check-out at 10:00 a.m.;
- 📋 It will not be exchanged for bed linen during the stay;
- 📋Café da manhã not even daily - We do not offer coffee da manhã;
- 📋 Parties and any kind of noise are prohibited after 10 p.m. at night;
- 📋Confirm by phone the availability of Wi-Fi or the oil of non-immobile PETs;
- 📋Value charged to the host for the cleaning taxa not reserved ATO: R$ 95.00 (Ninety five reais);
- 📋 It is necessary to combine the approximate check-in and check-out times, so that it is possible to receive them in the best way;
- 📋 It is necessary to inform the exact number of guests so that bed linens are properly made available;
- 📋 It is necessary to previously send the information of name, CPF of all guests and car license plate, so that it is possible to authorize non-local entry.
