Cozy cabin ambiance welcomes your stay at Beavers 1521. This second level condo has a forest view with peaks of the ski resort out the front door and yet is only steps away from town or a short shuttle ride from the Winter Park Ski Resort.
The main living area provides leather furniture seating with gas fireplace and wooded view from the private patio. Gather your group for a full meal at the custom log dining table with bench seating next to the large picture window. The kitchen offers a great way to save on dining in for all your meal needs.
The master bedroom has King log bed with en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk with Double down, Twin up, plus another bunk bed with a full bathroom.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Pool, hot tubs, sauna and locker rooms will be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm. CLOSED Monday to Thursday.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
- All guests must complete rental agreement to provide credit card, email and phone number.
