Bright and welcoming apartment, in a very pleasant modern style, with an incredible view of the Dome of San Lorenzo’s Church  from the two bedrooms and from the kitchen. And from the kitchen. Despite being located few hundred meters from the Medici Chapels and a three-minute walk from the station and the Church of Santa Maria Novella, it is extremely quiet and the distribution of the interiors  is harmonious. It can accommodate up to 6 guests in the three double bedrooms, with separable beds. Each bedroom has spacious closets or wardrobe and one of them has a private bathroom with shower. The dining area adjoining to the kitchen corner and the living room offer two beautiful tables for lunches with family or friends, the kitchen is fully equipped and has just been renovated. Equipped with all comforts such as washing machine, electric stoves, microwave and  air conditioning. This apartment is located on the third floor, without a lift, it is a perfect starting point for visiting the city and very convenient if you travel by train, in a district full of shops and supermarkets and of great cultural value. Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons. For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged. As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests’ identification details .
