Ventas Plaza is a two-bedroom duplex located in Ventas, just a few minutes from the famous Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas and the Salamanca District.
The Space:
Upon entering, you’ll be met on the ground floor by the living room which has a sofa and flat-screen TV. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with top quality appliances and dinnerware. On this floor you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, is located the second bedroom which has another queen-size bed with another bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are facing a quiet pedestrian area, located behind the building. Both bedrooms face a tranquil park, so there is no traffic noise ensuring a perfect rest.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
