The main living area opens to a sprawling balcony that contains a table that seats 4, a patio couch and 2 cushioned chairs and overlooks a tranquil turtle pond. From the front entry, a hallway on the left leads to all the bedrooms and the laundry room. The first bedroom has two custom built twin bunk beds, with a 40" SMART TV, and a private bath with a single vanity and walk-in shower with rain shower head. Next down the hall on the right is a fully equipped laundry room. Further down the hall is the first of the 3 king bedrooms. These bedrooms all have new plank-style flooring. The first guest room has a king bed, accent chair, and 50” SMART TV. There is access to the outside balcony from this room. This room has a private bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. The next room has a king bed and 40” SMART TV with a newly renovated private bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower. The last room on the right is the master bedroom and has a king bed, two accent chairs, a 48” SMART TV and access to the balcony. The newly renovated private bath is behind a sliding barn door and has double vanities and a separate tub and shower. 103 Windsor Place has great views and plenty of space inside and outside on the balcony.
