It is not uncommon to experience thunderstorms, tropical storms, and even hurricanes. In the summer we also see an increase in insects (ants, spiders), mosquitoes, lizards, and iguanas. And speaking of iguanas, we make an effort to keep them off our property but there will be times when they will enter the property and poop around the pool. There is a hose located at the side of the house that you can use to wash off the iguana’s poop. Two cars max. Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. Lastly, please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.
