For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:
  • Ownership. The Rental Unit is privately owned by an independent third-party (the "Owner") for which the Host is acting as a liaison. The financial transaction will be made directly with the Owner of this property.

  • Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to two persons. An additional charge per person per night may be required if additional guests are approved by the Host.
  • Fixed Term Agreement. This is a fixed-term agreement that begins at 4 pm PST and ends at 11 am PST (collectively, the "Rental Period”).
  • Late Checkout Fee. Unless permission is specifically granted by the Host, Guests who fail to checkout before 11 a.m. will be charged at 2 times the nightly rate for each day beyond the Checkout Time.
  • Rental Rules. The Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules attached as Addendum A at all times while at the property and shall ensure all members of the rental party and anyone else the Guest permits on the property to abide by the rules at all times while at the property.
