We also offer 24/7 support to both hosts and guests, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly. With Property Manager, guests can enjoy comfortable stays in well-maintained properties.
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- Other things to note
- • We request photo ID or passport to coordinate check in.
- • A guarantee deposit is requested to cover potential demages, we will also request another extra guarantee deposit for those guests traveling with pets.
- • In case of requesting the cleaning of the property we have the service with a cost of 8 American dollars per hour with a minimum of 3 hours.
- • No parties or annoying noise are allowed, visits or social gatherings of all kinds are prohibited. Fines will be applied and the remaining days of any reservation that does not respect these rules will be cancelled.
- • Please note that the check in time is at 3 pm and the check out time is at 11 am. This may vary depending on the availability of reservations for the days before and after.

- • We have the option of special luggage storage in case you need to leave it in case you travel to another destination. Its costs USD 8 per suitcase or backpack per day.
- In case you want to enter early or leave later, you can pay an extra half day and stay as long as you want, it depends of the availability.
