Your family and friends can enjoy TWO heated pools and FOUR hot tubs, picnic tables, and BBQ grills located onsite. Our clean 3rd floor condo (with elevator) overlooks the park-like setting, pool and the Guadalupe River.
This clean and cozy condo comes with a fully stocked kitchen to meet your cooking needs. There are several charcoal bbq pits and picnic tables located in the courtyard if you’re looking to grill out with the family. A comfy queen sized bed awaits you in the primary bedroom so you can rest up after a long day on the river or hanging out at the pools. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Parties not allowed. Smoking not allowed.
