Our flat is equipped with two comfortable queen-size beds, and two single beds, a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, and a spacious bathroom. We also provide free wifi, Netflix, and a welcome starter amenity kit with fresh coffee and treats. You will be in the heart of Little Italy, surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in Montreal. Whether you’re looking for a cozy spot to relax or an exciting night out on the town, Little Italy has it all just a few steps away. The flat also features a private terrace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors or entertaining guests. We are also located just steps from the metro, making it easy to get to and from the airport, other neighborhoods, and downtown Montreal. We have customer service available from 8am to 11pm daily to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. All guests receive Caprina fresh goat’s milk soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and sugar on arrival. If you need any extra items or services during your stay, just let us know - we’re always happy to help. Parking in Montreal can be tricky. While we do not provide a parking space, modern apps make street parking easier than ever. We have free apps recommended in our guest portal after the booking is confirmed. Please note we use a decibel-measuring device to protect against parties and rowdy groups. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between: Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.
