- Fiber optic internet was recently installed. This is a huge advantage for this home as most of the mountain homes do not have Ethernet
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located by the entryway facing the front door and driveway and camera 2 is located under the deck facing the trash cans and has a motion sensor light for bears. They do not look into any interior spaces. Camera 1 records still pictures when activated by motion and camera 2 records a 30-second clip with video and sound when motion-activated
