The private the garden area of 266 m2 features a heated private pool of 37 m2 with sea water, a terrace with sunbed, dining table and garden furniture, and sunbathing and resting space. It also opens to the lagoon pool with freshwater. There is a billiard table, Turkish bath/steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, massage room with 2 beds, a gym, a 55” TV, a minibar, and a garden in the basement of the villa, which catches the sun.
