Korsan Kuzey is a spacious and contemporary 5 bedroom villa, situated in a quiet area of Kalkan with direct access to the sea via a platform. All 5 bedrooms, set over 3 floors, ( 2 doubles, 3 twins) have en-suite shower rooms and there is a a modern fully equipped kitchen (including nespresso coffee machine) with plenty of living space. the living opens up to a large terrace with dining table and seating area, making it perfect for al fresco dining. The two first floor bedrooms also share a balcony and seating area while both 2nd floor bedrooms have juliet balconies. There is plenty of outside space for lounging around and for those wanting entertainment there is a shaded area with pool table and table tennis table. The infinity pool is a very generous size (11m by 6.5m) with separate jacuzzi corner and for those who like the sea there is a private walkway down to a decked waterfront terrace with jetty and access to a kayak and paddle...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
