This is a delightful two-bedroom luxury villa with unobstructed waterfront views of Jolly Harbour and a large extended deck. It is a modern styled villa with a bright, spacious open plan ground floor. On the upper floor of this villa, there are two bedrooms each with its own en-suite. The master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the marina. The second bedroom enjoys lovely views of the garden.
The fully equipped newly installed kitchen leads through to the dining area, then the living area at which point you continue through sliding glass doors to find the covered verandah where you can enjoy wonderful al fresco meals while taking advantage of the stunning views across the harbour. This outside area is then extended further, out over the water with a large sundeck.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
- Tourist Tax 17%:
