This build enjoys a superb location only 200 metres from the Cala Barques beach in Cala San Vicente, with stunning views from the terraces to the sea and the iconic Cavall Bernat cliffs in the background.
The owners of the house have chosen a super modern designer style, with the emphasis on light and up to date décor with beautiful local photography adorning the walls. The house is equipped with full air conditioning throughout.
There are three floors including a large parking basement underneath the house.
On entering the villa through the front door, we find a double bedroom with en-suite shower facilities on the left with access to the outside terrace. Next on the left, there is a very spacious separate kitchen with access through sliding doors to the terrace pool area. All modern conveniences are included, of course, with two fridge freezers and seating for six at the breakfast table.
From here we enter the comfortable and tastefully decorated lounge area, again with access to the terrace, and including satellite TV and DVD with surround sound.
At the far end of this floor the laundry room is located with the washing machine. There is also a large oven and a large portable BBQ.
The terrace and kitchen both open out onto the main sun terrace area, shaded by two canopies and furnished with sun loungers and al fresco dining table and chairs for eight people. The swimming pool and cold water jacuzzi are located on this terrace close by and also a table tennis table for the youngsters; the pool has easy access with 2 low steps and a shallow end of less than one metre. The panoramic views over the bay of Cala San Vicente from the pool area and terrace are superb. Also, at this level by the stairs, there is a guest cloakroom.
Up the stairs to the upper floor of the house there is an outside sun terrace with fabulous views. Inside the house on the upper floor there are two very spacious bedrooms, again very modern with built in wardrobes with mirrored doors and both with en-suite facilities. One bedroom is a twin room and the other is the master double bedroom with access to the sun terrace.
Finally, there is a fourth bedroom (a twin), with open en-suite shower room, air conditioning, built in wardrobes, and that can only be accessed from the exterior.

About the area
Pollença, nestled in the northern corner of Mallorca, Spain, is a charming town that offers a delightful blend of history, culture, and natural beauty. This picturesque destination is a treasure trove for travelers seeking a serene escape with a touch of the Mediterranean lifestyle.
The town's historic center is a labyrinth of narrow, winding streets that lead to the grand Plaça Major, the main square. Here, visitors can admire the imposing 13th-century church, Església de Nostra Senyora dels Àngels, and enjoy the bustling weekly market where local artisans and farmers showcase their products.
Pollença's Roman bridge, known as "Pont Romà," is a testament to the town's ancient past and is a popular spot for photographs. The Calvari steps, a set of 365 stone steps, offer a challenging climb rewarded with panoramic views of the town and the surrounding Sierra de Tramuntana mountains. At the top, the Oratory of Calvari is a peaceful sanctuary worth visiting.
For those interested in art and culture, the Museu de Pollença houses a collection of works by local and international artists, as well as artifacts that narrate the town's history. The town also hosts the prestigious Pollença Festival, which attracts music lovers with its classical concerts held in the atmospheric Santo Domingo cloister.
Nature enthusiasts will find Pollença an ideal base for exploring the Tramuntana range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Hiking, cycling, and bird watching are popular activities in this region, with trails leading to stunning landscapes and hidden coves. The nearby Cap de Formentor offers dramatic cliffside views and the picturesque Formentor Beach, with its crystal-clear waters, is perfect for swimming and sunbathing.
Pollença's port, Port de Pollença, is a short drive away and is renowned for its beautiful beachfront promenade lined with cafes and restaurants. The port area also offers a range of water sports, including sailing, kayaking, and windsurfing.
The town's culinary scene reflects the rich agricultural heritage of the region, with local restaurants serving traditional Mallorcan dishes made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. From tapas bars to upscale dining, there's something to satisfy every palate.
In summary, Pollença captivates visitors with its historic charm, cultural richness, and stunning natural surroundings. It's a place where one can immerse in the slow pace of island life, enjoy the arts, and embrace the great outdoors, all within the beautiful setting of Mallorca.
