Between Umbria and Tuscany, near the lakes Trasimeno and Chiusi, lies this beautiful farmhouse. The complex consists of three cottages dating back to the end of last century, carefully restored and cared for in the external and internal finishes. Today 5 apartments are available for rent to guests.
The farmhouse is located in the open countryside in a hilly position, surrounded by olive and cypress trees. There is a splendid panoramic view, Lake Trasimeno to the east, Città Della Pieve to the south, and Mount Amiata to the west. The countryside of the Cantagallina area is dense with olive groves and vineyards, wheat and sunflower fields, all together giving visitors an evocative natural picture that changes with the seasons.
You can enjoy a vacation in contact with nature and the beauty of the Umbrian countryside, characterized by green hills, excellent wine and good food. To welcome you you will find the friendliness and courtesy of the owners who have decided to live in this place in order to provide you with the maximum welcome in a family environment, without giving up your independence.
For all guests, a swimming pool (16 x 9 meters and 1.10 - 1,45 meter deep) is available with sun lounges, sun umbrellas and shower. The pool area is fenced off and accessible through a gate.
ACCOMMODATION: L’Ulivo (55 square meters) is an independent apartment, located in the annex of the main cottage. It can accommodate 2 people and consists of a large living, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, veranda with access to the park.
The apartment is surrounded by the green park of the farmhouse with beautiful panoramic view towards Lake Trasimeno. Outside you will find table with chairs, deck chairs and umbrella. The pool is shared with the other guests of the farmhouse.
