The main villa is arranged over two floors: On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living/dining room with direct access to a panoramic terrace, a breakfast room, and a professional kitchen. This level also includes a double bedroom (convertible into twins) with an ensuite bathroom equipped for guests with disabilities, as well as a single bedroom with a half bathroom next door. GARDEN AND SWIMMING POOL: The villa features a beautiful 6 x 12 meter swimming pool (depth 1.20 to 2.80 m), open from April to October. For added peace of mind, the pool area is fully fenced with a wooden railing and gate, making it safer for families with children. A convenient poolside bathroom with shower is also available for guests. The outdoor spaces reflect the charm of the Tuscan countryside, with a garden filled with centuries-old olive trees.
