This charming Berkshires estate consists of a beautiful main house, an ample separate recreation space, and a private pool area. Welcome to Rockspring! located in Stockbridge, your group will be surrounded by all of the area’s natural beauty while enjoying a bright, contemporary design and tons of amenities.
Rockspring features three kitchens: two in the main house and one in the recreation space. The large rec building also has a sitting area with dual sectionals, foosball, and a full bathroom. Back at the main home, you’ll find double living rooms, multiple fireplaces, and bedrooms with private balconies and ensuite bathrooms. Enjoy an al fresco meal at the outdoor dining space on the patio, lounge near the pool, or head into town for even more dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
