Located in the condominium Refúgio dos Macacos, in Trancoso, our house has 340m2 and is on a plot of about 1.300m2. Sleeps up to 14 people in 3 suites and 2 studios (bedroom, living room and american kitchen).
We are only 13 minutes away, by car, from one of the main beaches of Praia dos Nativos, one of the main in Trancoso and close to the Square. For leisure to be even more complete our house has a green area, swimming pool, jacuzzi and gourmet area.

Casa Recanto da Preguiça is located in a condominium with few houses amidst a well preserved native forest in Trancoso.
As soon as you enter the house, guests will find an integrated environment with living room with TV, a dining room with dining tables and chairs and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for the stay.
It has 5 suites, 2 of which are one bedroom studios, living room and american kitchen (fully equipped with refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave and etc.), prepared to comfortably receive up to 14 guests. All rooms are air-conditioned.

The house is in a condominium with preserved Atlantic forest and offer a unique opportunity to walk among the trees, breathe a lot of fresh air to the sound of animals, especially the various species of birds.
Casa Recanto da Preguiça Trancoso is located just 2.6 km (10 minutes’ drive) from the famous Quadrado, with restaurants, shops, lookout point and the famous Church of St. John the Baptist. Our house is also 3.2 km from Nativos Beach (13 minutes by car).
