The Home
Located in the condominium Refúgio dos Macacos, in Trancoso, our house has 340m2 and is on a plot of about 1.300m2. Sleeps up to 14 people in 3 suites and 2 studios (bedroom, living room and american kitchen).
We are only 13 minutes away, by car, from one of the main beaches of Praia dos Nativos, one of the main in Trancoso and close to the Square. For leisure to be even more complete our house has a green area, swimming pool, jacuzzi and gourmet area.
- A reliable maid is included in the amount of the stay to support cleaning and storage during the stay (consult schedules and rules with our staff).
- A reliable piscineiro is included in the price of the stay to keep the pool clean up on time.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - Forbidden noise and sound box after 22h. Failure to comply will result in a fine.
- - Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.
- - Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- - We do not allow visits.
- - We allow small pets, on request.
- - We provide bed linen, bath towels and pool towels and blankets.
- - Has accessibility, since the house is ground floor.
- - A trusted maid is included in the price of your stay to help with cleaning and tidying up during your stay.
- - A trusted pool man is included in the price of the stay to keep the pool hygienic up to date.
- - We have 8 parking spaces in total, of which: 2 covered and 6 uncovered, all within the property.
- - A security deposit is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.
