The villa is located in the wonderful Chianti area, just 5 minutes from the village of Barberino Val d’Elsa, also reachable with a nice walk along the pedestrian street.
Surrounded by a private garden with lawn, the property features a patio with a lounge area and a lovely tree house, a true paradise for horse lovers.
On the upper floor you will find a large terrace, equipped with sofa, armchairs, dining table and chairs, ideal for alfresco lunches/dinners.
Among the outdoor spaces there is also a private parking and a small above-ground pool (2.20 x 3.20 m, open from May to October) with deck chairs, from which you can admire a beautiful view of the surrounding Tuscan countryside.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Pets are not allowed.
- Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance; exclusive use of the small private pool; use of the large pool shared with the guests of the Bed & Breakfast.
- Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (250.00€); riding lessons for beginners and experts (from 49.00€ to 69.00€ per person per lesson; the Equestrian Centre does not offer horse riding). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
- Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
