~The Vineyard House at Dalya Estate (Main Residence)
The Vineyard House is a bright, modern 2,400-square-foot luxury retreat featuring three bedrooms and two full bathrooms designed for seamless indoor–outdoor wine country living.
Floor-to-ceiling glass Nano doors open the main living and dining space to expansive vineyard views overlooking the solar-heated lap pool and spa, framed by neighboring Pinot Noir vineyards. The open floor plan centers around a chef’s kitchen equipped with premium appliances including a Viking six-burner gas range with dual ovens, a generous marble island perfect for gathering, a butler’s pantry, and a Shaw fireclay farmhouse sink.
Hydronic radiant floor heating keeps the home comfortable in cooler months, while energy-efficient air conditioning provides comfort during Sonoma’s warm summer days.
Just outside the glass doors, a private laundry room includes a washer and dryer for guest convenience. The charming pool house offers a vine-covered outdoor shower and shaded lounge area—perfect for relaxing between swims or enjoying a quiet afternoon overlooking the vineyards.
The estate operates on solar power with backup generators, ensuring uninterrupted comfort year-round. EV charging is also available for two vehicles at the main parking area.

~The Guest Cottage at Dalya Estate
The Guest Cottage is a lovingly restored 1920s farmhouse offering 1,400 square feet of romantic charm and modern comfort. The home features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a loft with an additional queen bed and double futon.
Original farmhouse windows fill the cottage with natural light and provide beautiful views of the surrounding gardens. The fully equipped kitchen features a vintage O’Keefe & Merritt range that adds character and charm to the home’s historic design.
A wraparound covered porch overlooks vibrant rose gardens and creates an effortless indoor-outdoor living experience. During cooler months, the cozy gas fireplace provides warmth and ambiance, while air conditioning keeps the home comfortable throughout the summer.
The cottage also features its own laundry area located just outside the kitchen nook.
Adjacent to the home is a beautifully landscaped lawn illuminated with café string lights—perfect for magical alfresco dinners under the stars. A spacious screened-in porch offers a quiet space for reading, afternoon naps, or relaxing with a glass of local wine.

The property is surrounded by working vineyards and neighboring estates. As part of a functioning vineyard property, seasonal vineyard work occurs on the front portion of the property where the Chardonnay vines are located. The vineyard is organically farmed and all activities are free of harmful chemicals.
Guests are asked to respect local quiet hours so everyone can enjoy the peaceful wine country setting.
