This lovely home is located in a quiet neighborhood five miles from the popular River Street. This 2,100-square-foot home, which sits on a treed half acre lot, was recently remodeled and beautifully furnished and boasts a brand-new private pool! When you aren’t taking a refreshing dip, enjoy time exploring the woodsy grounds or spending a lazy afternoon napping in the hammock. Inside, relax in the comfort of the quaint living room, cook meals together in the well-appointed kitchen, and rest well at night in the three bedrooms, each of which includes a TV. Gather in the family room and sink into the leather sofas, turn on the TV and enjoy a group movie night. A pool/guest house was also added, a perfect space for greater privacy and relaxation, and offers many conveniences including a queen bed, full bath (shower, toilet, sink), and kitchenette. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
