Located on a quiet, dead-end street, you’ll have greater privacy, while also being within walking distance from the beach and town when you want to venture out. The exterior boasts a large patio complete with a solo stove, outdoor dining area, sofas hot tub, and chaise lounges on the deck. This is the perfect space to take in your morning coffee, mid-day nap, evening bbq, and to brush up on your astrology. The home also has a basketball hoop in the driveway for a great family game of HORSE. Inside the home, there are two large rooms that you can lounge in to read, watch a movie or play board games, which are supplied. The family room is complete with a 65-inch smart TV and comfortable seating to enjoy a movie night. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
