Salty Kisses is a two-story home. Inside this charming home, guests can relax on the sofa after a full, sun-filled day at the beach. Watch your favorite TV shows on the 48" TV with Roku and enjoy a variety of free channels, or gather the whole group for a movie night. There is also a game table for friendly competition. You will find another living room upstairs with a sofa and another 48" TV. When the group gets hungry, gather in the kitchen to take advantage of the well-appointed appliances and cook something delicious - a Keurig machine, coffee press, microwave, and stove make culinary charms and treats a breeze. Dine at the breakfast bar or bistro table and enjoy the views from the expansive windows. Upstairs, the loft offers an ideal setting for catching up on a good novel, and it’s a great hang-out space where older kids can enjoy some privacy while watching movies on the TV.
On the upper deck, you can hear the ocean and neighboring wildlife while you savor a glass of wine, and you can walk along the bridge that spans the back pond to take the boardwalk a half-mile to the dunes and beach. The propane grill is perfect for a family cookout during warm weather. A washer/dryer and a dry room for your shoes and coats provide additional convenience.

All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests must use their own accounts to access TV streaming services.
The maximum occupancy includes children.
1 dog(s), weighing 30lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
