If you’re looking for an easy, comfortable place to stay in Tahoe close to the beach, pools, and Heavenly, this is it.

This newly remodeled ground-floor end unit is just steps from the Lakeland Village lobby and a short walk to the private beach and pier. From the moment you walk in, the space feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully updated, the perfect place to settle in and start relaxing.

Inside, you’ll find brand-new furniture, a cozy gas fireplace perfect after a day on the slopes, and two large smart TVs for relaxing nights in. The open layout makes the condo feel bright and comfortable, whether you’re traveling as a couple or with a small group.

One of the highlights of the condo is the large covered deck with partial lake views. It’s a great spot to start your morning with coffee or wind down in the evening with a glass of wine and some fresh mountain air.

The bedroom includes a queen bed with a new memory foam mattress, and there’s also a brand-new sofa sleeper in the living room. Both are designed with comfort in mind so you can truly rest and recharge during your stay.

As a guest at Lakeland Village, you’ll have access to 1,000 feet of private sandy beach and pier, heated pools and a hot tub open year-round, a sauna, fire pits, beachfront BBQs, and a fitness center. There’s even complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby each morning.

The location couldn’t be more convenient. You’re directly across from Whole Foods and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Heavenly Ski Resort is about a mile away, and the Stateline casinos are just a quick drive. In the warmer months, you can paddleboard, hike, bike, or simply enjoy time on the water all just minutes from your door.

The condo was extensively remodeled in 2025 with a new bathroom, updated flooring and lighting, new interior doors, updated kitchen appliances and accessories, new sliding glass doors, and four built-in charging stations throughout the unit. It truly feels like a refreshed, modern space.

There is free parking available for one vehicle. The unit uses a secure E-lock system with a unique code provided for each reservation. Accidental damage coverage is included (up to $3,000 if reported before checkout). Please note that 4WD or traction devices may be required during winter storms.

Guests must be 25 years or older to book. No pets or smoking are permitted, and quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. are city-enforced. City permit #012530.

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
