Villa Rita is a recently rebuilt Algarvian style villa in a quiet area in Algarve, 9 km from the centre of the very famous Albufeira.
Located on a top of a hill, surrounded by orange and almond trees, this spacious property comfortably accommodates 10 persons.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, cabinets and has a large breakfast table.
The equally spacious dining and living area showcase modern and retro furnishings, a fireplace and lovely views over the quiet and green landscape.
Four bedrooms are located on the villa and 1 extra bedroom on the outbuilding that also counts with a support kitchen with barbecue. Air conditioning is available throughout all villa.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
