The Villa Alba boasts expansive sliding glass doors that flood the interior with natural light, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces and extending the living area into the beautiful undulating garden. The centrepiece of the villa is the spacious open-plan living and dining room, which overlooks the inviting swimming pool. A brick barbecue is provided for grilling up summer delicacies or sampling fresh fish from the local market. Additionally, an independent home studio with a kitchenette, sitting area, dining area, two single beds (that can be converted into a double bed), and a bathroom with a shower is available on the property. The ground floor of the villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, an open living and dining room with a fireplace, and a suite with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A video projection system with CD and DVD players is also available for work presentations or movie nights.
