Beach Villa Cala Carbo is a stunning property located in the heart of one of Mallorca’s best kept secret - Cala San Vicente - offering absolutely stunning views over the sea. Completely renovated to the highest standard, the villa offers direct access to the rocky bay “Cala Carbó”, while the seaside resort of Cala Sant Vincenç with its fine sandy beach is just a few minutes walk away.
Inside, the villa is set over different levels (Entrance to the lounge from the lounge on the left, steps up to the kitchen, twin bedroom, double bedroom, terrace and pool, steps down to two double bedrooms) the villa has 4 bedrooms in total. There is a living area with satellite TV, DVD , modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. The villa has 2 bedrooms with double beds / en suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with double bed (these two bedrooms share a bathroom). The villa offers from most of the rooms breathtaking views over the sea and Cala San Vicente (which lights up romantically in the evening).
The approximately 70 m² outdoor terrace with a unique sea view, natural stone BBQ, outdoor kitchen, spacious teak wood panel and lounge area invite the guest to spend unforgettable hours under the Mallorcan sun enjoying the breathtaking views. Steps lead up to the main 120 m² large sun terrace with a private pool. Here guests can experience in secluded peace a fantastic 360° panorama of the sea and mountains: a truly unique feature of this villa!
