Villa Madison is a fabulous villa that encompasses three houses into one making it a perfect place for a group of family and friends to come together, but still have plenty of space. Accommodating up to 20 people in ten different bedrooms and only 150 meters from the beach it is the ideal villa for a celebration in the sun.
The grounds of the villa spread over 3000 square meters and filled with plenty of greenery, flowers and terraces where you can enjoy views and watch the sun go down. The villa has three independent suites, two swimming pools, a paddle course, air conditioning in all the bedrooms, satellite television, high speed internet and located within walking distance to restaurants, chiringuitos and cafes.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
