Modern and stylish, Finca La Vinya Gran is a spectacular holiday home with private swimming pool and perfectly located just 5 minutes drive away from the old town of Pollensa and conveniently close to the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa or Cala San Vicente.
Featuring five bedrooms, extensive outdoor areas, a stunning contemporary design and panoramic views over the Tramuntana mountains to the bay of Pollensa beyond, this villa is set to impress.
The ground floor comprises an enormous and airy lounge/dining area complete with comfortable sofas, modern furniture and a large dining table complete with ten chairs. From here, two glass patio doors not only provide access to the garden and covered terrace, but also offer stunning views of the surrounding area and the pool. Off the dining area, there is a long corridor leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor: there is a double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom, a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, a further twin bedroom and a shower room. All of these rooms have doors leading out to a covered terrace with lovely country views.
Stairs lead up to the first floor (with horizontal balustrades on the staircase - care should be taken with children), housing a twin bedroom, a double bedroom (featuring a floor to ceiling window with incredible views of the bay of Pollensa and beyond) and a full bathroom. The interiors have been modernly furnished and stylishly designed to provide a contemporary feeling and are full of natural light.
Outside, the villa is equally impressive. Steps lead down from the dining terrace to the lawned area. Just alongside is the built-in barbecue. The large private pool is surrounded by lawned gardens and by sunbathing aved terraces, perfect for enjoying long hours under the Mallorcan sun. Sunbeds and shades are provided for the guests to enjoy.
