Spanning an impressive 400m² of living space on a 1810m² property, Villa Mediterranean Influence comprises three levels: lower ground floor, ground floor, and first floor. With four double bedrooms, each boasting an en-suite bathroom, this villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
The lower level houses an entertainment, wellness, and fitness area featuring a gym, sauna, a rainfall shower, and a billiards area. It also houses a wine cellar and a picture gallery, showcasing the works of renowned painters like Vlaho Bukovac.
On the ground level, you’ll find a spacious kitchen with modern appliances, a dining area, a living room with a library containing works by Croatia’s notable literati, and a large bedroom. The upper level is dedicated to relaxation, offering three luxurious and spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a generous balcony overlooking the Istrian countryside.
