Do you want to enjoy a beautiful flat in the centre of Fuengirola? We have the perfect place for you! This flat is located in the Residential Complex Las Camelias, 200 meters from the Fuengriola beach and Paseo Maritimo as well as shops, restaurants and plenty of bars. Beach bars are only a few feet away where you can relax and try the famous espetos de sardinas (sardine skewers). There are plenty of tourist attractions to visit, like the town of Mijas with breath taking views of the Costa del Sol.
The flat, located on the third floor and consists of 3 bedrooms all which can accommodate up to 6 people. All of the bedrooms have natural light and hot and cold air conditioning.
It has a nice size living room with a sofa chaise-longue, TV, air conditioning and large windows with access to the terrace overlooking the communal pool and garden.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
