On-site maintenance, concierge services, and two renowned street-level restaurants. ★ PARKING: One parking spot in a separate garage at 1221 Brickell Ave. Parking pass registration required with a one-time fee of $30. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. Our team ensures every unit is thoroughly disinfected, and the property’s perimeter is monitored with surveillance cameras for added security. ★ OBSERVATIONS: To ensure a pleasant stay for all, smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. We kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels low after 10 pm. Please note, any breach of our house rules or noise complaints may lead to cancellation without a refund. Regarding social events, please be aware that parties and large gatherings are not allowed, in line with local regulations and the owner’s policies. ★ CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY: Located in a tropical zone, our property offers a warm and humid climate year-round. We recommend using sunscreen and staying hydrated, especially during occasional rainstorms. The area’s rich biodiversity includes a variety of plants, reptiles, and insects. While we conduct regular inspections and monthly pest control, it’s possible to encounter these local inhabitants. Rest assured, we continuously strive to manage their presence effectively. Guest Access: Full access to the entire apartment and all building amenities. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability. PLEASE NOTE: * Hours allowed for visits: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. If you have a guest that needs to stay past 11PM please reach out to us so we can register them with the building. * You will be given the check in instructions the morning of your arrival, and the check out instructions 24 hrs prior to your departure. Interaction with Guests: Since we value privacy on our own travels, we generally give guests lots of space. But we’re nearby and happy to help. Getting Around: There are so many options, from the free taxis, to Uber, you can easily drive anywhere as well. We recommend renting a car or taking uber.
