A 3 bedroom villa, located in Agios Nikolaos. It is built on a hill slope and has a view of the olive tree fields and the citrus groves to the picturesque town of Agios Nikolaos and the surrounding area of Elounda and Sitia. It also has views of the “lacy” beaches of Mirambello Bay where the blue color of the sea meets the blue of the sky. The interior of the villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen with inox electrical appliances, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace and a smart TV with a keyboard, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the plants as well as the fruits of the generous Cretan land thrive here and the place feels like heaven on earth. The residence which covers 126.53 m2 of the property has been recently finished (2019) and it has been constructed with natural materials of the area such as stone and wood with a total respect to the natural environment. Moreover there is a pool of 4m * 9m with a separate jacuzzi of 6 people and outdoor space made of stone with sunbeds for relaxation , sitting areas , dining areas.
