It is built on a hill slope and has a view of the olive tree fields and the citrus groves to the picturesque town of Agios Nikolaos and the surrounding area of Elounda and Sitia. It also has views of the “lacy” beaches of Mirambello Bay where the blue color of the sea meets the blue of the sky.
The interior of the villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen with inox electrical appliances, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace and a smart TV with a keyboard, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room with the kitchen is located on the ground floor with access to the front and side patio of the swimming pool. This level has also a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a sharing bathroom with a shower. An extra studio is located on the lower level with independent access from a staircase. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
