- There are 3 steps to enter the property and a staircase to access the 2nd floor. These areas may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
- 4-wheel drive/ all-wheel drive and snow chains are necessary for the winter months to access the property. Tire traction mats are available if needed. Salt is prohibited on the gravel road and driveway, as it can cause serious damage
- No glass should be used in the hot tub. There are acrylic glasses and acrylic wine glasses inside the home for this purpose
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 faces towards the street, and camera 2 faces the driveway and the side door. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras do not actively record video or sound while guests are in residence
- Wood is not provided for the fireplace, guests must bring their own if they wish to use it
- A starter amount of paper towels and toilet paper is provided for each stay. If that runs out, guests are responsible for supplying their own
