Things to Note: Mavila is a brand-new community and there might be some construction noise. The construction takes place during the day from Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. All of the amenities listed in the community description are finished and the noise does not bother most people who stay here. Mavila is a non-smoking community and smoking or vaping is not allowed in any of the common areas, including the pool and green areas. The Space: Escape to a paradise of comfort and tranquility! Getting Around: We highly recommend renting a car so you can take advantage of the resorts facilities. Please consider that Ubers are not allowed on the property and it’s a far walk out of the community to get a Taxi/Uber. Also, there are 2 security check points where you will need to register before entering the complex. This condo is located at a second floor so you will find stairs to get there. *NO pets are allowed* To avoid additional security deposit charges, this reservation includes damage protection. After confirmation, the Property Manager will provide a link to complete the one-time $50 fee. We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of $500 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties.
