Welcome to the Retreat on Florida Street!
We are located in Fleming Island, FL which is Southwest of Jacksonville and about 40 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport. This is a brand new construction - great for families or a small group of friends traveling together. Great open concept kitchen/dining/living area with sliding doors that open to the fenced back yard. The dining area features seating for all 6 guests and is just off of the kitchen. Unwind in the cozy living room at the end of your day of fun - and enjoy your favorite programs on the SMART TV. Don’t forget to bring your login information for your Hulu, Netflix, or Amazon Prime Accounts or watch any of the FREE Apps available! There is a lot of shopping & restaurants nearby, we are just behind the famous Corky Bell’s Restaurant. Doctor’s Lake Marina is 10 minutes away.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
