Enjoy views of the mountains and river from the balcony, both master suites, and the large picture windows in the open concept dining and living areas.
Winter is coming to the mountains! This unit is your perfect home base for all things snow. It is a short walk to the Mountain House ski lifts, or catch the free shuttle to the lifts from right outside the front door.
We are also a 5 minute walk to Lakeside Village with ice skating and hockey, restaurants, a playground, and the Aspenglow Spa. The Keystone Conference Center and Keystone Tennis Center are also within walking distance.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
