The home is a large (3,136 sq ft) 4 bedroom with plenty of space for your group to spread out while still feeling close enough to create some lasting memories.
The backyard offers some great options to enjoy the famous Arizona sun. It’s easy to spend the day switching between swimming in the pool, chatting around the fire pit, swinging and sliding on the playground (for 12 years old and under), lounging on the pool deck or back patio, and eating at the outdoor dining table. Not to mention, the large grassy area is perfect for a cornhole tournament (set provided). If you venture out into Chandler and the surrounding areas, there’s a good mix of adult and kid friendly options....

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
