Built on the slope of the bay of Sivota in Lefkada, Villa Anna is designed to offer an irresistible view of the turquoise waters of the Ionian sea and the traditional settlement of Sivota. The bright light enchants the visitor immediately. The excellent architectural design of the villa harmonizes with the environment and provides all the comforts of a modern home. Villa Anna offers complete privacy, with a surface area of 200 square meters and can accommodate up to 8 people.
Villa Anna is set on three levels with full wooden oak flooring and oak staircases and is equipped with modern, comfortable furniture and beds with relaxing mattresses.
The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room and a large bedroom (double bed) with a private bathroom.
On the first level, you can find two master bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed)...

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
