This is unit B-1 of a four unit complex located right across the Naples Bay from the City Dock and the Crayton Cove. This first floor condo is a few minutes drive from downtown Fifth Ave South and the Public beach accesses along Gulf Shore Blvd South. The onsite shared amenities include a completely fenced in heated pool, pool deck with chairs, loungers, tables with umbrellas, a gas grill as well as a gulf access dock on a canal behind the building. Additionally there is a shared parking lot for the condo with 1 space dedicated for each unit in the building with an additional 2 guest spaces on a first come first serve basis. Each unit has 2 beach chairs.
Our condominium building contains 4 separate units, each one is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath and a pull out sofa configuration with the ability to rent one or more condos at the same time. The 2 first floor units have a locked door between them which can be unlocked for those wishing...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
