Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- - This home does not have a swimming pool but has 2 outside showers on the rooftop terrace for cooling down and private access to a beach that can be pebbly at times.
- - Maximum capacity for this home is for up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. The home can sleep up to 10 guests with the option of adding 2 single beds in Bedroom 3 and 4 upon prior request (€).
- - From June to September guests can reserve sunbeds and umbrellas € at a small local beach club.
- - Please note winter in this area is low season, where most restaurants and stores are closed
- - To get to the villa there is a private staircase with 220 steps while the beach can be reached from the villa by going down a private staircase with 40 steps.
- - A mandatory nominal touristic tax per person per night is applicable on all reservations and paid either at check-in or check-out (please inquire for specific information).
- - A security deposit might be required after booking confirmation (IT0075)
