The Home
This condo comes with six beds, three full bathrooms, and plenty of open room to comfortably host up to ten adults. Take a nap in the hanging chair. Play all the foosball, arcade games, board games, and video games your heart desires. The large loft cut-out provides for soaring ceilings and ample room for a big group. These units are equipped with two sets of laundry machines for your stay. The back patio area is perfect to enjoy the outdoors. And best of all – you are only a short walk to the Hard Rock Casino, local restaurants, bars, and breweries, Ziegler Park and Washington Park, a new Kroger grocery store, and just about anything else you can imagine in downtown Cincinnati!
Guests have access to both the 2nd and 3rd floor condos. Entry is by door code. Access to the condo is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
