Only a fifteen-minute drive from Walt Disney World and in the middle of a lush, forested landscape surrounded by a lake, our condo at Villa TDM is a perfect place to accommodate up to six guests.
This spacious three bedroom and two-bathroom condo is in a safe and secure gated community and the guests here are more than welcome to have access to Caribe Resort’s incredible pool and clubhouse facilities. Also, on the grounds of the beautiful and natural estate, there is also a foosball and shuffleboard table as well as a twenty-four-hour fitness center and basketball courts.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
