El Ático de Vigo boasts a 60 m² private terrace with sun loungers and outdoor dining table in the heart of the city centre, with enviable views of the Vigo estuary, and can accommodate up to 4 people.
This beautiful 1950’s building is currently being renovated with a major modification to its structure that will allow our guests direct lift access to the sixth floor from June 2023.
The 90 m² interior has all the comforts: air conditioning, central heating, Wi-Fi and satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. All this in a pleasant setting where the Vigo estuary is always present even from the inside.
The Rías Baixas offer a privileged environment for the practice of nautical sports, especially sailing. The Real Club Náutico de Vigo is only 10 minutes away on foot, where you can also take the boat that goes to Cangas or the Cíes Islands, named by the British newspaper The Guardian...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
