Property Manager is proud to present Pirkanmaa Villa 1037. 70 km to the north from Tampere, lake Näsijärvi 30 m, shallow hard beach sanded bottom, pier, rowing boat, and kayak.
Log cabin 2020, living roomkitchen, two bedrooms, one with double bed (160 x 200 cm Yankee bed), another with 2 80 x 200 cm beds, sofa which can be spread as spare bed (120 x 200 cm) in living room, WC, sauna (wood-fired sauna stove), washroom with two showers, hall, large open terrace with gas grill and garden furniture.
Separate lakeside sauna with wood-fired sauna stove, dressing room (heated) with sofa bed for two people. There is a cold water tap but no shower.
Fiber optic internet connection, Wi-Fi.
The garage shown in the pictures is locked for storage use. Stylish and cozy cabin on the flat, grassy and sunny plot. Badminton net and children’s swings in the yard.
Wide, shallow child-friendly beach. Shore has been dredged and after that sand has been brought. Level of water varies within 1 m during summer and therefore circumstances at the beach varies. Some softer soil might be carried from the lake on top of the sanded bottom.
Hot tub (trailer) can be rented from the owner, available on requst. The availability cannot always quaranteed. This destination is not available for groups, which consist of only people whose age is less than 25 years.
